    This is brilliant!  While I have no direct evidence, I imagine one would see greater results, over static pumping.  I really appreciated the 'play-by-play' pressure settings during the session.  Really thoughtful.

    Yeah I love my pump machine. I find it so comfortable to use for long sessions. I tried to get one of the professional automatic pumps but they were expensive and the seller didn't get back to me. My pump machine cost less than $80 (minus the cylinder). Glad you enjoyed the video

    Hot pumping videos mate.. I agree with your pump routine and using a dynamic automatic pump system - I have a fully digital one, myself.. It runs on programs I can set up on my computer.  My gains and results have increased far faster than a manual, static pumping system.  Great to see others with the same principles.

    I made the pump controller myself. Its called a dynamic pump, Its way more comfortable than just pumping to a fixed pressure with a hand pump. I often do this for several hours and is very comfortable. I'm working hard to try to fill the tube completely. I get a bit larger every time I practice.  Thanks for the comment.
